“Pelvic floor exercises are usually quite boring but having good control of these muscles is super important. I invite you to get your brain in your pelvic floor and make that all important connection with this incredible part of your body, that is usually so taboo and not spoken about. Whether you are pregnant and planning for any type of birth, are later down the line as a parent and experiencing leaking, or if you have not had children or any symptoms at all and just want to see what your AMAZING pelvic floor can do for you, try this out.
