Refund & Cancellation Policy

Birth & Beyond antenatal course

You can cancel your place on the Birth & Beyond course via the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you do this more than 4 weeks before the course start date you are entitled to a full refund.

Cancel your place via the link, then email hello@thevillagelondon.co.uk to request your refund, or to use the amount to book another Village class/course/treatment/event.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course start date will not be offered a refund.

All other services

Here we refer to our courses, events, classes, treatments and groups as services.

You can cancel your place via the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you do this up until 48 hours before the start time of the service you are entitled to a full refund.

Cancel your place via the link, then email hello@thevillagelondon.co.uk to request your refund, or to use the amount to book another Village service.

You can also use a link in the confirmation email to transfer your booking to a later date. Again, this can be done up to 48 hours before the start time.

Services that you cancel or miss without 48 hours notice cannot be refunded or transferred.

If The Village cancels a service for any reason,where possible you will be offered a transfer to an alternative date. If you do not want to transfer you will be entitled to a refund in full.
