SEMINAR

Pregnancy, fertility, breastfeeding, COVID-19 and the vaccine – Your questions answered

This is the link to the recording of a free online event. It was held last month on 19th April, with medical and legal experts and was hosted by Stella Creasy MP and Pregnant then Screwed founder Joeli Brearley. This helped me make an informed choice about the Pfizer vaccine at the beginning of my third trimester. ~ Catriona

PODCAST

Stop Stealing Dreams

This an episode of Seth Godin’s Akimbo podcast, subtitled What is School For? This is a question and conversation I am really interested in. I’ve chatted to lots of parents agonising over school choice, but whichever you choose, it’s still part of an outdated system that needs radically reexamining – I think! Also Seth has a very soothing voice. ~ Molly

BOOK

Embrace Yoga’s Roots: Courageous Ways to Deepen Your Yoga Practice by Susanna Barkataki

I’m taking my time with this book, as it’s a workbook too. I find each chapter takes a while to “land” as I integrate the new knowledge into my practice and my teaching. ~ Emma

TV

Back

This comedy series featuring David Mitchell and Robert Webb (from Peep Show) is brilliant, got a lot of big belly laughs in our household this month, highly recommended! ~ Yasmin
